It is an average inn, nothing amazing. The floors were dirty but the beds were comfy. Better than sleeping in a car. For the price it is better than expected, there were no bedbugs or anything terrible just a weird smell. The location was good, close to downtown, Northern Campus, and lots of stores. The service was never necessary and it was no contact. We never had to text them or anything, but we did check out before ten. Saying as many reviews said they were overcharged when they checked out after ten. Overall not the worst hotel I've ever been in, and not the best hotel I've been in.

I have been to my fair share of hotel rooms throughout my life, and usually when I first enter the hotel room I am somewhat disappointed either due to space, cleanliness, or just price compared to quality. However, even though this room was quite pricey at $186 per night, which I assume is a temporary price due to the heavy traffic in the area because of people such as myself moving into the campus, but overall I was extremely satisfied. First, in the room I stayed in there were two full-size beds which I loved as it allowed room for both my family and myself. This is important as I have taken trips to Chicago and Syracuse where myself and sometimes two-three of my fellow sales associates would have to share either a single king-size bed or two twin-size beds at most cheaper motels and hotels. However, not only did we have two full-size beds, but we also had two chair recliners, one medium-size couch, and a decent size desk which allowed plenty of room for three people including myself. Finally, my only complaint other than the higher than the average price would be that I booked this Inn at Hotel.com and I selected pay upon arrival which is what I am comfortable with as I have been burnt before, but I received a call around five hours before my check-in time from the manager of the Inn telling me my card on file did not go through and that I needed to pay now or my room will be canceled. Well, I informed him that I selected to pay at the Inn but he did not care and almost demanded me to give him my debit card information or he will cancel the reservation. I did not like this at all and almost canceled due to this incident as it is important to me that you list your Inn/Motel/Hotel on websites such as Hotels.com and they allow an option to pay at the hotel, you should follow this. So if the manager or owner is reading this, I understand that you may want to charge early to make sure we arrive and make sure you lock in that price target. My only concern is that you allow the option to pay at the hotel on Hotel.com, but demanded me to pay via my card or threaten to cancel, please update this policy.

The room we reserved was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We did give a list of housekeeping failures to the manager upon leaving so no need to go into all that here. The internet signal was VERY weak. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we hope their housekeeping staff gets training on how to clean.

Not gonna lie this hotel was pretty decent i enjoyed my stay the room was nice and big. the service was excellent i have to say. But one thing there was a big stain of something on the bed but i wasn’t worried it looked like that stain has been there for a while but other than that this place was great!

Very nice rooms which are spacious and recently renovated. The decor is also very nice, a lot of lighting and the usual amenities, minus the coffee maker. Clean, well-kept, and one of the most affordable inns in the area. Staff is very friendly. The continental breakfast covers all of the bases, too. TVs are a little small, but I only use places like this as a resting spot while I'm hiking and exploring. Close to food and entertainment, and shopping centers. Not a bad thing to say about this place at all. We had a room mishap where it didn't get cleaned, but the owner apologized profusely and got us in a new room right away. Mistakes happen, but these owners will go above and beyond to make sure all wrongs are accounted for. Pet friendly too, and it's only 10 dollars. Super great deal. Outside of AirBnB, you won't find a better place to rest your head. Thanks again for the incredible stay!

We tried to get a room in the area and they were pretty much booked solid except for a few motels or a couple of hotels that were over 300.00 a night. We figured we would give it a shot. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the room. It was larger than expected, the room was fresh, the air conditioning system was excellent. We did not want room service so I cannot comment on that. The only thing that I would recommend, would be to get some better beds! The beds are not good. At all.

I've stayed here a handful of times. A no frills motel that is CLEAN! The owner is friendly and personable. The rooms don't have coffee in them and the breakfast is basic. I don't drink coffee and i don't eat donuts, so this isn't an issue for me. What is important is a fair price in a clean environment. The bed is comfy, clean and the bathroom is free of other guests hair and signs of use. Hot shower with clean towels (not stained, not dingy, and not worn). I will stay again.

The room was clean, everything worked inside except one of the remote buttons didn't work. Didn't have a channel guide so we watched whatever was on at that time. Prices are great and you will have to find breakfast in town. Nice location with restaurants nearby. Ice and drinks located at Cedar Inn next to Brentwood. Owners are always reachable through text once you get there!!
